    • Check the Status page. Updating means do not load. Wait until it says Green.
    • A game or BattlEye patch can make the previous file the wrong one. The label is the current build state, not a promise it stays green.

  2. Loader and menu issues

    • Read the load-order thread before you open a ticket. The listed systems are Windows 10 and 11 with Cloud DMA for full functionality.
    • If Status says Updating, wait. If it says Green and one clean retry still fails, write in with your order id.

  3. Delivery and refunds

    • A missing delivery, and a long Updating window, are covered on the Refunds page. Include your order id when you write in.

  4. What we can and cannot help with

    • Supported: DayZ Cheats on Windows 10 and 11, plus loader and delivery help for a paid license.
    • Not supported: other games, or copies of the loader from somewhere else.

How do I contact DayZ Cheats support?

The loader will not open. What first?

Read the load-order thread. If Status says Updating, wait. If it says Green and one retry still fails, send the order id.

The menu opened once, then stopped?

Do not keep launching it. Restart the game, re-check the Status label, then try one clean load. If it still fails, contact support with your order id.

Which Windows versions are listed?

Windows 10 and 11, on Intel or AMD. HVCI, Core Isolation, TPM, and Secure Boot are listed as on. Cloud DMA is required for full functionality.

Where is my delivery?

Delivery is digital after checkout. Use the loader link from that order. A copy from anywhere else is not supported.
